Fisher Shipping Company Hiring for Office Help Needed (Dispatch & General Office work) at Auburn, MA Full Time

Fisher Shipping Company is an auto transport company based in Auburn, MA. We have been helping dealerships, manufacturers, and private individuals transport vehicles since 2006.

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated team player to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are looking for someone to work in our accounting department and we are looking for another person to work on our updates team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office. You’ll need to be highly organized and have strong attention to detail. We work closely as a team and you’ll need to play well with others.

The hours would be Monday through Friday 8:45AM to 5:15PM with a 45 minute lunch

• Strong organizational skills – There are times that you will have over 25 different tasks at the same time. You need to know what’s going on with all of them.
• Attention to detail – If you end up transporting a vehicle to Portland, OR instead of Portland, ME, it’s going to be an issue.
• The ability to juggle – It can get crazy here. You have to be able to work on more than one thing at once and have the ability to know what is top priority
• Customer service – We present ourselves are one of the most customer friendly companies in this industry. We need people that can help us back up that statement.
