FIT Rehab Hiring for Office staff position Job at Voorhees, NJ Full Time

We are seeking an Office Staff employee to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Regularly check emails and faxes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and guardians
• Obtain pertinent information about patients referred for therapy services
• Obtain consent for services
• Verify insurance information and communicate with billing when appropriate
• Request scripts and follow up with doctor offices to ensure scripts are obtained timely
• Communicate effectively with therapists, office staff, and owners
• Input all patient data into electronic documentation medical record
• Continue with organized filing systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office. administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees must be vaccinated secondary to our practice being a healthcare office. This includes a booster if appropriate. In addition, all necessary PPE will be provided.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
