Fitness Machine Technicians Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Winnipeg Full Time

Job starts immediately, part time initially with potential to increase. Business hours are Mon-Fri 8AM – 5:00 PM. We need an Admin Assistant who can hit the ground running, answering customer phone calls, describing our service offering, giving some details about what we do, and scheduling and coordinating service visits for our technicians. Ability to use Google Maps to logically schedule service appointments based on location is extremely important. Additional work with invoicing, populating our CRM will also be required during our busy times. Prior experience with customer service and phone sales is preferred but not necessary. Full training is provided. We will teach you how to talk about our service offering, describe our value proposition, use our scheduling system, CRM and any other tasks required. After training, you will be working independently and on your own; this position is for a Virtual Assistant, you will need to have a quiet environment where you can work.

The ideal candidate will already have:

• Smart Phone, and home computer
• Experience with Customer Service
• Experience using a computer, and able to learn new scheduling software
• Experience working with a team
• Good natured and professional
• No criminal record

Necessary Personal Qualifications:

• Honest, responsible, RELIABLE, efficient, hard working
• Extremely professional customer service
• ABOVE AVERAGE computer abilities. (Easily handling spreadsheets, email attachments and file organization, finding parts online, etc)
• Self-starter, independent, extremely organized, clear communicator.
• Logical and clear-minded approach to dealing with Customers
• Able to work 100% of the time, remotely in quiet professional environment
• You must be teachable and a quick learner. Intelligence and organization are needed for this job.

Compensation:

Negotiable and will depend on experience and fit.
