Fitzgerald Opticians based in Tipperary Town are seeking an Optical Assistant.
Full training will be provided and the Optical Assistant will have responsibility for the following tasks:
-Scheduling Appointments
-Greeting and helping people through the examination process
-Helping people to choose their lenses and frames
-Helping people with contact lenses
-Check emails
-Check job follow ups
-Check orders due in
-Ensure that each Patient experience is consistent with standards and monitor this daily.
-End of Day Report on all activities
This is a full time role including Saturdays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €12.50 per hour
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Reception: 1 year (preferred)
