Requirements:

• Demosntrate excellent customer service
• Manage a large volume of calls
• Work independently
• Excellent speaking, reading and writing communication skills
• Be flexible and open to new ideas and methods of learning
• Willing to work days, evenings and Saturday

Qualifitcations:

• High School Diploma or GED minimum
• Ability to answer phone calls and communicate via email and text
• Active listening and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
