Job Summary
The Customer Communication Administrator is responsible for the implementation of efficient processes and systems utilization, concentrating on compliance, governance, risk mitigation, cost effectiveness and industry best practices for all of Loan Servicing as it relates to MSP Online Letter Writer (OLLW) and the management of the print vendor(s).
Job Responsibilities:
Online Letter Writer (OLLW) Librarian:
- Responsible for the maintenance of letter setup, testing, updates and version control in OLLW.
- Ensure all letters have proper Compliance/Legal approvals, settings, and controls.
- Maintain library of letters.
- Complete annual reviews of letter templates to ensure active, efficient, and compliant.
- Complete research requests for OLLW.
- Initiate production of letters with the print vendor.
- Maintenance of 14E tran logic for all applicable letters
Vendor Management:
- Submit tasks for new and revisions to existing products.
- Validate daily processing.
- Reconcile and allocate monthly invoices.
- Complete quality assessments to ensure statement accuracy.
- Complete monthly and/or annual vendor score cards.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly partners meetings and an annual onsite visit.
- Review, approve, and order stock, as needed.
Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar’s internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of comparable work experience required
- Business Writing Training Preferred
- 3+ years of experience utilizing MSP with a bachelor’s degree OR
- 5+ years of comparable work experience in Mortgage Servicing and/or Origination
- Strong level working experience in use of MSP Online Letter Writer and Director
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of the mortgage servicing industry
- Proficiency in Word Proven ability to solve problems and provide solutions to issues
- Proven success collaborating with others
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
