We are seeking a talented and creative Entry-level Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create designs that align with our brand and effectively promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies for promoting our services
- Work with clients to understand their design needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives
- Use computer software to generate new images and designs
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
- Maintain and organize design files and assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the energy industry is a plus
