FlashBox is a brand new startup launching in North America with the goal of offering a true one-stop solution for all B2B last-mile delivery needs. Our delivery-as-a-service platform caters to businesses of all sizes and across all industries. We rely on a fleet of highly qualified independent drivers that have been pre-checked and trained to guarantee the highest level of service.

Our Team

Our founding team previously launched one of the leading on-demand delivery platforms in middle-east with more than 50,000 deliveries daily and a fleet of 200,000 couriers. We’re starting small in Canada but we aim high.

Job Description

As the Sales Manager, you are directly responsible for the growth of your market within last mile delivery B2B sales. You have experience in B2B SaaS sales within a startup environment, or working for a logistics company and, you understand the e-commerce universe. You will be the face of FlashBox to clients and responsible for turning leads into paying customers. You know how to keep clients happy and upsell any solutions that will benefit your clients. You will partner with teams across Flashbox’s and use different innovative solutions along with tried and tested avenues to build your client base.

Requirements

Experience you’ll need

• 3-5+ years of B2B Sales experience
• Experience in e-commerce
• BS/BA in business, or equivalent
• Optimistic and positive professional, excited by challenges and ready to jump right in
• Proven experience in customer service
• Proven experience in surpassing sales quotas
• Proven experience in upselling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment that requires tenacity to exploit opportunities and a steady demeanor
• Understand the startup hustle change is your only constant, no challenge is too big, and no task is too small
• Self-motivated and self-starter who is excited by the potential to own what you do
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. You are outgoing and sociable, and enjoy meeting new people
• A multi-tasker and connector, as well as an organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities
• Excellent listening skills, and ability to connect with people to understand get things done in a collaborative team environment
