Civil Foreperson
You will lead and supervise a construction team and be a champion for high standards of health and safety on site, leading by example.
What we are looking for:
- Provide leadership, foster relationships, and effectively manage people
- Understand construction planning, programming, and site management
- Are motivated and able to motivate others to meet project objectives.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety in all aspects of their work
- Ideally you will be trade qualified with a number of years experience
- Competent in Civil construction methodologies including site set up and set out, form work and concrete construction.
- Ideally you will be experienced with associated earth works, temporary works and retaining structures
