As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage Laminex NZ’s digital content strategy. This varied role involves developing website content and functionality, social media content creation and strategy, managing our external SEO agency, and creating and sending all customer EDM campaigns and CX enhancement projects for our core three stakeholder groups (trade, specifier, and consumers).
Reporting to the National Digital & Marketing Manager, you will mentor and coach your direct report, the Marketing Coordinator, and collaborate closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, IT, and other teams within Fletcher Building.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has fresh ideas that can lead the way, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive change and instill passion for our digital vision. Your creative flair will transpose into highly effective digital communications that drive demand for our market-leading brands and products.
We would like to hear from you if you possess any experience in:
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing or Digital Media
- At least 3 years of digital content management in social media, EDMS & knowledge or experience in enterprise-level website management
- Experience with customer data management & relevant legal implications
- Experience creating web mock-ups and assets with Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, and/or similar tools
- Understanding of the principles of UX design for the web (preferred but not essential)
- Experience implementing website enhancements in an Agile environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in the decorative surfaces industry and B2B communications (preferred but not essential)
