Flexible Metal Hiring for Human Resources Generalist at Atlanta Metropolitan Area Full Time

FLEXIBLE METAL INC is a leading Tier 1 worldwide supplier to the major automotive, engine, and heavy equipment manufacturers of on-highway and off-highway vehicles. we have continuously engaged in the expert design, development, and manufacturing of metal bellows and specialized tubular assemblies. (www.flexiblemetal.com). At Flexible Metal, we are an employee owned company (ESOP). We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Tucker just outside of Atlanta.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Process payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• SHRM designation highly preferred
