The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions
of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing
staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company
policies and practices. The Human Resources Manager will also coordinate
and supervise human resources to ensure the efficient and lawful
functioning of the College, maintain accurate and up-to-date human
resource files, records, and documentation, including data entry into
software system.
