We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR Administrator to join our team in a permanent role. Our team is focused on providing HR support to the business and is a critical part of supporting the delivery of HR services across Flintfox. This is an excellent opportunity to work with over 120+ tech-savvy Flintfoxers working within New Zealand and our overseas subsidiaries (UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia).

What you will bring to the role
We are looking for a mature driven HR professional with 2+ years’ business experience in an HR role and who will have generalist HR knowledge. You will have good commercial acumen and a strong focus on delivering outcomes. Importantly, you have the knowledge and influencing skills to build credibility with stakeholders quickly and are a team player with a can-do attitude.
