You want to start your career within the Courier Team of our fast paced transport and logistics company. You also like the fact that we offer training and scope for advancement, and we’re located close to Auckland airport.

This role is a full time permanent, Monday to Friday, weekend work as required.

Reporting to the UPS Customs Manager, you’ll be providing the day to day support to Courier Customs brokers. The core requirements of this role mean that you’ve got awesome attention to detail, a great customer style, and you thrive when delivering under pressure.

Ideally you would have worked in the Customs support environment in applying for Importer and Supplier codes as well as other aspects such a MPI and NZ Customs, being familiar with the New Zealand Import requirements

What’s more, you’ll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, never lose sight of the customer experience and you take pride in ensuring we deliver our promise.

Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills are an advantage. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best and as an entry level position, it is a great starting point for your career in customs clearance.
