Flomatik UK Hiring for Project Coordinator Fixed Term at Birmingham B Full Time

We are seeking a Project Coordinator (initially a 6 months fixed term contract) to work on client specific projects. The position will based remotely with occasional visits to client and Flomatik office. The position has become available with immediate effect. Working on a major strategic account, you’ll be working in the project team which is responsible for co-ordination of infrastructure fibre and transmission build projects throughout the UK. This is a project coordination role requiring great organisation skills with a lot of “juggling things around” and then “bringing it all together” style of skills.

Your main outline responsibilities will include:

• Coordination of Site Surveys Manage Trackers via online tools, particularly Excel Managing project mailbox
• Request scheduling of site works
• Ordering hardware and consumables from various sources Requesting “Planned Work” using Client Remedy tool
• Update network records with correct allocations and references Support PM’s and stand in when required through holiday, sickness etc.
• Access Card Requests and approvals Maintain accurate records and manage overall tracker
• Manage client and internal relationships, fielding queries internally and external

Essential:

• Strong organisational skills coupled with a proactive and methodical work ethic
• Strong communication skills, coupled with a good telephone manner and experience of dealing with multiple parties, both internal and external
• Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Good decision making skills but with the ability to recognise and escalate issues and seek assistance where necessary
• To be effective working in both a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision Ability to work to deadlines and able to work under pressure to deliver on multiple fronts with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to manage your own time effectively
• Experience of Microsoft Office with good strong working knowledge of MS Excel in particular.
• Have a professional attitude, but a sense of humour goes a long way too
