Responsibilities (Here’s what you’ll do)

• Create, maintain and monitor social media campaigns for a portfolio of Flow’s clients. 
• You’ll regularly come up with new campaign ideas, forecast results and test various hypotheses.
• Write ads, create strong offers, make basic creatives, and liaise with our designer / UGC creators for more complex ads.
• You’ll also be liaising with other specialists on our team (SEO/SEM/CRO/Dev team/Analytics specialists etc), to ensure optimal results from all client campaigns.
• Compile reports, containing your insights on the data received & make appropriate business suggestions.

Our ideal candidate: 

• Will be experienced in managing social ad campaigns with a monthly ad spend of $5k+ per client.
• Has some understanding of Google Ads.
• Has experimented with other, less prominent ad platforms (optional).
• Is comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• You’ll also have great attention to detail and fantastic communication skills, both written and in-person.
• You’ll have a bunch of strategies/tactics up your sleeve, that can be put to good use on our client campaigns.
• Must understand the basics of interpreting Google Analytics (GA4).
• Values high-quality work and want to be at the top of your game.

Outcomes:

• You’ll ideally be smoothly managing a portfolio of client campaigns, within 3 months.

Hours & Pay:

• Hours: Part-time or Full-time options are available.
• Remuneration will be at or above market rate for your level of experience.
• Fully remote work option is available (work from home, from anywhere in NZ).
