What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Client Director – AU based to join our growing team.
The Client Director is the most senior in-market client management role at Flux, reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer. The purpose of this role is to strengthen Flux’s client relationships and in doing so grow Flux’s value. Your mature and calm working style, and knowledge of the energy sector, will build confidence with clients and enable you to influence internally and externally.
Working with our talented team, industry partners, and other vendors to our clients, you will champion Flux’s product and service offering to enable our clients to achieve their business goals.
To succeed in this role you must be skilled at both relationship management and delivering commercial outcomes. Stakeholder management and communication, collaborative problem solving in a software environment, and commercial acumen, are critical capabilities to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building and retaining high-value, long-term client accounts, and a group of client-advocates who will help build Flux’s market reputation.
