Your Role:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

• Design, develop, code, test, and release mobile and web applications in alignment with our business goals.
• Support the entire application life-cycle of mobile & web applications .
• Developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality .
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions .
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Working closely with colleagues to constantly innovate web & app functionality and design .
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance .
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions .
• Keeping up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for creating mobile apps .
• Training & creating documentation for development best practices .
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends .

Your Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience as a Front-End Developer/Engineer in a professional environment .
• 2+ years software development experience and following an Agile/Scrum framework with knowledge across agile concepts and methodologies.
• Solid experience in React development – even better to have React Native as well for out mobile app development (iOS & Android).
• Experience working with HTML, DOM, CSS, Tailwind, CSS module, React.JS, Gatsby and Git.
