We are currently hiring for part-time team members. Team members work an average of 20-25 hours a week and we are looking for individuals that are flexible to work varying shifts based on our operating hours.

Primary Duties Include:

• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions
• Enlighten customers on why we’re the best and different from the rest!
• Educate our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Maintain Disney Perfect standards, sitewide
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase
• Further growth through educational/training opportunities
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 25lbs

Education/Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or an equivalent certificate, or currently enrolled
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Type:

• Part Time (hourly)
• Starting at $14/hr. After completing team member certification, eligible for a $250 one time bonus and $.50 an hour pay increase. Team Members can also earn commissions on wash club membership sales.
