Focal Point Medical Staffing Hiring for Sr. Scheduling Coordinator Job at Raleigh, NC Full Time

We are seeking a Medical Staffing Agency Scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling field staff for Nursing assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Assign new projects to Jr. Schedulers
• Assist in leading junior staff through assignment tasks
• Oversee the daily workflow of Jr. Schedulers
• Oversee all scheduling projects
• Provide clients and Staff with current up to date schedules
• Monitor daily schedules and facilitate necessary adjustments to assigned offices and teams
• Work with leaders and managers in the implementation of scheduling process
• Audit daily scheduling communications.
• Partner with company department heads, managers and staff regarding productivity, staffing issues and concerns.
• Reviews orders and subcontract schedule status and provides management with input on subcontract performance;
• Conducts schedule trends per client;
• Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key peformance issues;
• Assists in procedure development and implementation;
• Updates and produces scheduling management reports;
• Assists in tracking corrective actions;
• Schedule assignments for Healthcare Professionals to visit healthcare facilities
• Provide information to clients regarding scheduled staff.
• Update schedules with changes or additions
• Ability to schedule 75+ team members daily.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and staff
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ year of prior healthcare scheduling experience required
• 2+ years of Manager or Supervisory scheduling experience
• Excellent PC skills required; strong excel skills preferred
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft office; strong Excel skills required
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and complete task accurately
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
• Strong level of detail and accuracy
