Fog Town Toys Hiring for Data Entry for Independent Toy Store Job at Half Moon Bay, CA Full Time

Fog Town Toys is looking for a detail oriented and efficient data entry clerk. This talented individual will use a variety of online sources to locate product descriptions and imagery to update our inventory database. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent time management and computer skills to join us on a part-time basis.

Duties:

• Using a combination of Retail Management Hero software, supplier databases and the internet, you will be updating product details for items that will be sold online.
• Use google drive, dropbox and other file sharing sources to access supplier imagery and product descriptions.
• Locate product descriptions and imagery in compatible formats on the internet when supplier data is not available.
• Maintain organization of database.
• Read paper invoices to identify what products need updating.
• Update web store databases and ensure products display properly on company website.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve data incompatibility problems.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Google Images required.
• PC proficiency
• Adept at locating information on the web.
• Ability to maintain an organized large database consisting of hundreds of images and product descriptions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, depending on the nature of the project.
• Flexible and able to work outside traditional office hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
