Role Overview:

As a Co-Founder of FoodFly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our same-day grocery delivery business. Working alongside other myself and other future key stakeholders, you’ll contribute to the overall vision, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with Owner to define and execute the overall strategy and vision of the business.
• Identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless execution of same-day grocery deliveries.
• Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Business Development:

• Build and nurture relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Explore and establish collaborations that contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Marketing and Branding:

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote the business and drive customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.

Financial Management:

• Work closely with the finance team to manage and optimize budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

Customer Experience:

• Prioritize customer satisfaction by implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Address customer feedback and continuously improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of the grocery retail industry and logistics.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
