We are now looking for a Specialist/Manager, Organisation & People Development (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore. Organisation & People Development (OPD for short) covers a range of People functions including – culture and values, employee engagement, performance management, and Learning & Development. OPD is a key voice in the organisation’s growth, ensuring that everyone grows together with the company! During your tenure here, while you are making a positive impact in our pandas’ growth, you will also have an opportunity to experience growth too.

  • Co-design Learning & Development Plan and execution.
  • Co-design and administer surveys to understand our stakeholders’s needs, analyse, and create execution plans.
  • Co-design programmes (not limited to instructor-led sessions) to serve learning and development needs, leveraging learning tools, technology, and third-party providers.
  • Curate relevant and inspiring bite-sized learning content/module on our learning experience platform (LinkedIn Learning).
  • Manage and track participation on compulsory in-house programmes.
  • Support Workday Performance Management roll-out activities across APAC.
  • You genuinely love helping people.
  • Modern people-centric mindset, believe in transparency, accountability, and possess a growth-mindset.
  • Hands-on and willing to be the person executing our Learning & Development initiatives from end-to-end spectrum (conceptualisation and administrative tasks).
  • Track record in successful project management with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Comfortable and enjoy liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors for the procurement process.
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning and Workday Performance Management.
