Foodstuffs North Island Hiring for Customer Service Host Job at Hamilton , New Zealand Full Time

We are a busy Four Square in Hamilton looking for a customer service host to ensure our customers have a great instore experience. The ideal candidate will be mature, outgoing and able to engage in conversation with anyone and everyone. The responsibilities of this role include:

• Welcoming customers as they enter the shop.
• Routinely walking shop aisles to check for customers that may need assistance.
• Engaging in conversation with customers to ensure they can find what they need.
• Fair well customers as they leave.
• Recording customer complaints and recommendations (e.g products to add to our range).
• Support out checkout staff who may be dealing with difficult customers through conversing with the customers, understanding or resolving their concerns and passing this onto management so they can ensure a better experience in the future.

The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.

We have up to 32 hours available across 7 days. The ability to work weekends and evenings is essential.

This is a new position we are trialing for our store and if it goes well we will make it permanent.
