Foodstuffs North Island Hiring for Liquor assistant: Full or Part-time Role Job at Auckland , New Zealand Full Time

We are currently seeking a Liquor Assistant for our New World Remuera Store. Must be able to work during the week days, not suitable for high-school students. EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED – we are looking for someone to be able to jump right into our liquor department, previous experience working with a variety of wines and beers is preferred. We are looking for a part-time worker, but can make full-time work for the right candidate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary role of the Liquor Assistant is to replenish stock throughout the day, keeping our shelves fresh, full and providing friendly customer service.

To be successful in this role you must be:

– Physically fit – there is some moderate to heavy lifting involved in this role

• Able to work in a team and take direction from the manager.
• Able to provide your own transport to and from the store
• Experience in this department is preferred.
• We have evening shifts available, and the candidate must be able to work at least one weekend shift permanently. If full time work is required, we can accommodate this for the right candidate.
