PAK’nSAVE Henderson – We’re Back with a new look and customer experience! We’re the second oldest PAK’nSAVE in New Zealand and now in a newly rebuilt store. The new store will be 2.5 times bigger, have an underground carpark, click & collect and be a lot more environmentally friendly.

With our official opening set for September, we are seeking a Produce Supervisor to join our new team! You’ll be working alongside a strong leadership team to help deliver a “Sweet As” experience and to make life easier for the customers.

The Role:

• Help lead and supervise the Produce Department
• Listen to customers to find out what they want and need in one simple shop
• Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results
• Work closely with the Produce Manager to deliver on department targets
• Help ensure the department complies with all relevant food safety & H&S requirements

What are we looking for:

• Supermarket or FMCG experience with SAP knowledge is preferred
• Experienced within a Produce OR Fresh Department OR similar
• Excellent communication
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
