What’s the role?
An end-to-end partner role supporting our Enterprise Systems team in IT, you’ll;
- Partner with People Leaders to support their recruitment needs
- Create and drive a strong employment brand via social media, networking and story telling
- Identify and form strong partnerships with external parties to source diverse candidates
- Provide exceptional candidate care all the way through until hire

What we’re looking for
- Strategically minded you’ll be an experienced recruiter with a knack for creating and executing sourcing strategies – delivering from brief through to onboarding
- An open communicator – able to work seamlessly work with people leaders to understand requirements and with candidates to ensure they have an awesome experience with us
- A bloody good human – able to have a good yarn, a laugh, a coffee (or tea perhaps) and get excited about the world of talent!
