Foodstuffs North Island Ltd Looking for Business Intelligence Analyst at Mangere, Auckland Full Time

About the role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst in the transport team, you will play a key role in the development and delivering of insightful reporting that will add value across our entire supply chain. 

In this diverse and analytical role, you will have a focus on the customer, carrier and operational site service performance. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Development of reporting for key transport and supply chain activities – delivery on time, freight volumes, revenue and expenses, safety measures 
• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of access to data, reporting and structures   
• Identifying on-going continuous improvement opportunities, supported by analytics and data mining activities  
• Opportunity to work on exciting projects that underpins the supply chain operational units. 

About you

You will be able to see the big picture but also able to focus on the detail and can be seen as a trusted advisor, able to collaborate effectively with others in the wider business. You’ll have opportunities to develop, build networks inside and outside supply chain and learn from specialists in their field. Your systems abilities will see you provide valuable insights and drive better business outcomes. 

Keys to your success in the role will also include;

• A tertiary level qualification specialising in business information systems, computer science or information management is preferred
• Experience in the wider Supply Chain and/or FMCG sector is preferred, but not essential
• Proven track record in data analytics using business intelligence software tools
• Experience with MS Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) including coding and scripting in DAX, M Query Python, R is preferred, but not essential
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data completeness and accuracy across various databases and systems
• A growth mindset, eagerness to learn and passionate about all things data
