Foodstuffs North Island Ltd Looking for Retail Operations Analyst at Mangere, Auckland Full Time

The Retail Operations Analyst is part of the Retail Operations Support Team and is responsible for the engagement, education, planning, development, and deployment of new solutions to member stores. 

About the role

Based at the Support Centre, as Retail Operations Analyst you’ll use operational insights to proactively identify solutions that enable positive business outcomes, coaching stores and engaging with the wider team to ensure consistent support plans across FSNI (Foodstuffs North Island) are delivered in a centralised manner.

The role requires an agile work ethic to meet the ever-changing needs of stores. It is pivotal in assisting Retail Operations Specialists to support stores and the delivery of processes using SAP and other tools. 

About you

With a commercial focus and an analytical bent, you’ll have a curious mind, will be system savvy and will have a passion for all things data related. 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Intermediate to advanced level of SAP, Excel and other analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge or experience in a retail environment would be advantageous
• A curious mind with the ability to think outside the box and find solutions
• Deadline focussed
• The ability to work autonomously
