Seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, teachable, hard-working, responsible, organized and compassionate Phone Receptionist who can work quickly, yet at the same time pay close attention to detail.

The position is for the OVIEDO location.. It is for someone to work answering phones, all day. Scheduling patient appointments, verifying that their insurance is active. Routing calls to their desired destination. Calling incoming referrals to be scheduled, and distributing faxes.

• Willing to travel to satellite offices in the area of Orlando, Lake Mary and Oviedo if needed.
• Own reliable TRANSPORTATION
• Must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Medical experience only
• CMA or RMA and BMO is a plus

Duties will include but not limited to:

Answering and managing busy phone system, scheduling patients, registering new patients, calling referrals to schedule appointments.
