Forcepoint are looking for a high-energy, dynamic professional to join the APAC Sales team.This person will be responsible for the coordination of leadership and team activities working closely with the SVP, Sales to align priorities and efforts. Ideally you can bring us exceptionally strong communication and organisational skills and a curious and proactive approach.What you’ll be doing:Support to the SVP Sales and APAC Sales LeadershipCoordination of internal and external meetings
Coordinating and booking complex travel arrangements and organising visas
Support effective internal and external communications through the creation and coordination of communication materials (announcements, slides, newsletters, updates)Assist in the preparation for meetings and deliverables through the creation, collation and coordination of materials (eg slides, reports, briefings etc)Manage all travel and expense reporting
Support team execution through the briefing, tracking and project management of key tasks and responsibilities to support execution against priorities
Support the onboarding of new-hires through the coordination of HR, IT etc as well as on-boarding schedules and documentation
Cultivate a strong connection with the broader Sales and cross functional teams
Working with stakeholders across all levels of our organisation, across different time zones and with people from many cultures, building networks and supporting colleagues
What you can bring:Previous experience in executive support/team assistant positions
Experience in fast-paced and changing organisations essential
Ability to make decisions, use independent judgment, establish priorities, and work effectively on multiple initiatives
Exceptional coordination and organisational skills
Strong ability to communicate across multiple functions (both written and verbal)Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels in the organisation and internationally
Curious and problem-solving mindset
Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in arranging meetings and events
Ability to find clarity in ambiguity in order to get things done
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Experience with SAP, Concur and Workday desirable
Some flexibility in working hours due to working across different time-zones
