YOUR IMPACT:

1. Generate weekly NewsLetter (Hotmail Sales) for the Sales and Marketing área.

2. Preparation of monthly reports of the ordering of units required of the Distributors

3. Support the eCommitment Monthly Closing process

4. Prepare and verify the mixing files against the Forecast at the end of the month

5. Download and file the eCommitment information of the Forecast and Confirmation at the National, District, by Zone and by Distributor level

6. Consolidation and review of the forecast files and confirmation of e-Commitment at the closing of the wholesale.
7. Coordination and support to the realization of the Monthly Sales Meeting

8. Updating the confirmation files, reports and information in general for the Monthly Sales meetings

.9. Monthly update of the presentation for the Information session for Distributors

10. Dashboard update in the wholesale area
11. Review of the minutes of the Zone Managers of their visits to the Distributors

12. Generate reports of sales information by vehicle line for the Sales and / or Marketing area

13. Support for the preparation of the MCRP and BCP of the area.

14. Timely update of information required in the Sales Sharepoint.

15. General support to the Sales and Field Operations team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

– Be an active student of the last your of your degree on Marketing or related to sales

– Knowledge in Marketing and Administration

– Proficiency in the written and spoken English language

– Well organized and communication skills

– Mastery of computer tools Excel, Word, PwerPoint, Access
