Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: As an Office Administrator your primary responsibility consists of supporting the Corporate Office team with various weekly and daily tasks. In addition to regular tasks the Office Administrator will assist the Corporate Office team with various corporate projects in progress. This will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on corporate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily cash deposits into the bank and that the deposits are complete and accurately recorded and applied to the customer accounts.
· Assist with entering manual and landed cost invoices.
· Assist with coordinating and preparing expense reports for company credit cards.
· Assist daily general administrative tasks as required.
· Assist with month end reporting duties as required.
· Ad hoc project support as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
· High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping ability.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve and add value to the organization.
Regular operation hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. However, some over time hours may be required. The compensation range is dependent on the candidates experience and qualifications. Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
