Forrest Solutions Hiring for Data Entry Specialist at Newark, NJ Full Time

Forrest Solutions is seeking a Data entry specialist for a corporate legal firm. The ideal candidate would have previous experience within HR or Data entry within a corporate setting. Organizational and verbal skills are essential in this role!!

Requirements:

• Advanced Outlook and Excel skills.
• Able to manage high volumes of emails and requests.
• Troubleshooting forms in Excel.
• Identifying issues and addressing them accordingly.
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Job duties include, but not limited to the following:

• managing corporate folder
• individually unzip/download folders and sub folders
• upload folders to a share drive with the same folder structure from the zip file.

This is a temporary project that is estimate to take 2 weeks to complete.

MUST BE VACCINATED

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
