Forrest Solutions Hiring for Data Entry Specialist (Short term Project) Job at Remote Full Time

Forrest Solutions is seeking a Data entry specialist for a corporate legal firm. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Data entry within a corporate setting. Organizational and verbal skills are essential in this role!!

3 MONTH REMOTE PROJECT! Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $28/hr.

Requirements:

• Advanced Outlook and Excel skills.
• Able to manage high volumes of emails and requests
• Troubleshooting forms in Excel
• Experience in HTML is required
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• managing corporate folder
• individually unzip/download folders and subfolders
• upload folders to a shared drive with the same folder structure from the zip file
• Correcting link paths on internal websites
• Identifying issues and addressing them accordingly

This is a temporary project that is estimated to take 3 months to complete.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• HTML: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
