Position Overview

The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and strategy, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the company’s brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall creative strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop engaging and compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and video.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into effective creative solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a creative leadership role
• Proven track record in the fashion, ideally apparel industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and creative direction skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
