About the role

Forté,is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Sales/Showroom Consultant with a proven track record of success to join our dynamic team in Queenstown. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you can confidently guide clients and deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Well presented with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Hungry, humble and smart, driven to achieve results and go the extra mile
• A relationship-building expert who thrives on turning client interactions into trusted partnerships.
• Passionate about interior design and has a keen eye for colour to provide the best solutions for our clients

This full-time role (Monday to Friday) is perfect for a confident, polished professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with all visitors to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Drive sales growth by managing your pipeline, converting opportunities, and smashing targets.
• Present showroom performance and project progress during weekly team meetings.
• Expand your professional network within the design and construction sectors to stay informed and influential
• Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of presentation and organisation.
• Coordinate logistics for team lunches and showroom operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities
