Global Training Content Developer

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

Duration: 6 months

The Training Content Developer is a newly created role that will be integral to the growth and evolution of our Green Fleet team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Training – Green Fleet, you will bring a fresh perspective to the team demonstrating innovation and analysis.

The role will assist in creating engaging learning content that enhances retention in line with FFI’s vision. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Training Content Developer with a high level of proficiency with computer skills.

Qualifications and skills required:

Candidates must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking, and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone.

• Proficiency in Rise Articulate software
• Knowledge of SCORM Compliant software
• Knowledge of Success Factors LMS at an administrator level
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Graphic designer experience would be desirable
• Experience in development of training packages highly desirable
• Ability to edit video
• Work well under pressure and demanding time frames
• Cert IV TAE40116 is desirable but not required
