Help Wanted – Office Assistant / Data Collection

Working remotely for 12 hours per week, our Assistant has primary responsibility for timely and accurate data collection from multiple providers to update and complete established, intermediate-level Excel spreadsheets. Other tasks in support of our small but busy office may include client contact to request standard information; formulating and sending client communications via email as required; monitoring and updating company social media; compiling and completing ad-hoc special projects and supporting and assisting in general office functions and miscellaneous tasks.

This individual must be detail-oriented, observe confidentiality on sensitive client matters and follow all procedures and guidelines to ensure the consistency and accuracy of completed work. This role will require a solid knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and standard office procedures. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and work independently on his/her own initiative under limited supervision is essential. We offer a competitive hourly salary, paid vacation and a flexible work schedule. This is a remote position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
