Foundation Automotive Hiring for Inventory Accounting Clerk Job at Houston, TX Full Time

Foundation Automotive is looking for an Inventory Accounting Clerk at our Houston office, located near Spring, TX.

This position will ensure the timely valuation, processing, and intra-company trading of vehicle inventory. Automotive industry experience would be helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Post accounting invoice for new vehicle inventory for external and inter-company dealer trades
• Verify accuracy and completion of payoff verifications and check requests
• Process and distribute checks once verified and approved for payoffs
• Generate flooring requests and new posting jackets for trade in vehicles
• Process and post reports for requests and inventory
• Prepare necessary reports and analysis for month end closing
• Document dealer exchanges
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of related experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• HS Diploma/equivalent
• DMS / CDK software experience, preferred
• Authorization to work in the US
• High attention to detail
