Responsibilities include:
Daily outbound calls to industry professionals on behalf of the world’s largest IT companies
Generating leads
Accurately recording and updating our database with information gathered on calls
Demonstrate good objection handling skills and develop lead generation strategies
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets/KPI’s as set by your Team Leader
Requirements:
Ability to handle high volume phone calls and /or experience in a customer-oriented role
Previous experience in Telemarketing is desirable
Fluency in or high proficiency of English
Competency in MS Office or other IT platforms and systems is an advantage
Positive attitude, resilience, ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and target driven environment
A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps or above provided by a cable or fibre provider is required (DSL, satellite, or a cellular/mobile hotspot will not be sufficiently secure to work remotely)
Incentive and Benefits:
Full-time (37.5 h)
Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Option to work from home or Dublin office
Competitive salary: € DOE

Performance-related bonus potential up to €3,600 per annum
