Four Rivers Veterinary Center is currently seeking a part-time receptionist.

Ideal candidates are fun and energetic individuals with impeccable customer services skills! Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This individual should have flexible hours during the week, and reliable transportation is a must. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented while remaining positive and upbeat. We take pride in our excellent care with our patients, clients and customer service skills.

Reception Job Description:

The following is a brief list of the expectations for the front office department but is not limited to: Answering of multi-line phone system, greeting all clients and having general animal medical knowledge to properly educate when needed, processing payments, prepare and properly input medical records, schedule appointments, assist other staff when necessary, ability to lift heavy patients and supplies, etc.

Experience:

• Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
