Four Winds Inc Hiring for Receptionist Job at Saratoga Springs, NY Full Time

Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to work every other Saturday and Sunday, 16 hours per week.

This position operates the hospital multiple telephone line system as well as the two-way radio systems.

Responsibilities include

• Receive all incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate extension within the facility
• Greeting and registering hospital visitors, provide them with information or direction and announcing visitors to appropriate hospital personnel
• Clerical duties such as copy work, data entry, faxing and typing; monitoring and processing the emergency alarm systems according to hospital policies and procedures.

Successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years related experience. Preference will be given to those with a higher education.

Must have excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently; flexibility to cover shifts as needed; computer knowledge, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
