Foxhog Ventures Corp. Hiring for Human Resources Manager at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to provide assistance and guidance to our employees and contractors. You should be prepared to deal with employment law and to mediate between employees and executives. As a HR manager, you will work with our team to create and implement personnel policies, as well as recruit and hire high-quality talent. You will review resumes, conduct reference checks, enter new hires into our database and track benefits. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, multitasking — able to complete all administrative tasks —, with demonstrated competence in employment law.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of human resource management activities, including employee hiring and termination and employee training and development.
• Gather, analyze and interpret data to assess efficiency of HR programs and to forecast future trends.
• Oversee recruitment processes for new hires, such as job postings, resume screening and initial interviews.
• Recommend possible promotions to management.
• Train new workers in the appropriate skills needed for their jobs.
• Analyze employee performance and give feedback so that employees can improve their performance.
• Provide guidance on handling issues, such as performance review meetings, terminations and grievance hearings.
• Give legal advice on employment law matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $68,792.00 – $75,058.00 per year
