WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

When a patient needs surgery it often requires labs, diagnostic studies, and physician consults. All of which must be coordinated with each other and with the planned surgery date in mind. It’s a lot to keep track of, luckily our Schedulers are on the ball.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for collaborating all preoperative studies such as labs, diagnostic studies, physician consults, etc. for upcoming surgeries and procedures.

Coordinate post-operative follow-up needs within the office.

Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly surgery schedule within the office.

Coordinate surgeries and procedures with the hospital and outpatient surgical center on a frequent basis.

Promote patient education required educational needs of patient either in office or over the phone.
