Your New Role

As the Account Manager for NZ, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of frank green in the New Zealand market. Your responsibilities include owning and leading sales performance, executing a regular call cycle, presenting products to wholesale partners, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with our brand philosophy. As the face of frank green, your relationship-building skills will be key in anticipating and meeting customer needs.

Your Day to Day

• Own and lead sales performance for independent wholesale partners in NZ
• Execute a regular call cycle, meeting with owners, operators, and buyers
• Present existing and new products to expand representation in each store
• Seek and manage new business opportunities aligned with the frank green philosophy
• Manage the customer database, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Analyse data to identify potential sales opportunities
• Provide weekly reporting on actual and potential sales results

Your Skills

• Outstanding people and relationship management skills
• Innovative mindset with the ability to execute growth plans
• Energetic and motivated, willing to travel throughout NZ regularly
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in retail
• Previous experience in the gift, lifestyle, or fashion industries is a plus
