Principal Function:

• Greet visitors upon entrance to the building; answer phones during normal business hours.
• Maintain membership rosters, safe sanctuary list, church calendar(s), and annual conference reports/paperwork.
• Order office supplies and church gifts; open and disburse mail.
• Provide administrative support for ministry teams.
• Prepare HVAC programming based on building usage; and
• Other duties as requested.

• Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products;
• Energetic, positive, and able to work well with other team members;

Benefits and Compensation:

• Up to 35 hours per week maximum, based on church office schedule
• Competitive compensation commiserate with experience and candidate qualification
• Travel expense and Continuing Education reimbursement available
• Up to 2 weeks (70 hrs.) personal time per year
