About the Company

Operating as a specialist medium-density franchise for one of New Zealand’s best-known group home builders, this company completes a variety of builds for social housing providers and private developers across Auckland.

Due to high demand, the company has a strong forward workload with numerous new projects kicking off in the new year.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum five years of NZ construction experience
• Experience on 3-storey walk-ups and terraced housing
• Trade qualified or hold a relevant tertiary qualification
• A positive can-do attitude

Duties

• Day-to-day site management
• Ensuring the program is maintained
• Management of site staff and sub-contractors
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
• Co-ordinating suppliers
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders
