What is the Marketing Optimization Team responsible for?
The Marketing Optimization team strives to understand client needs, drive innovation in marketing processes and deliver high quality materials, ensuring efficiency increase of our internal partners.
What is a Senior Market Optimization Specialist responsible for?
-
Support U.S. based teams working in different area of business to ensure high quality marketing products delivery to our clients.

Work with a team of marketing experts to maintain marketing materials, communication tactics and a marketing calendar.

Support the creation of compelling marketing materials – including brochures, web content, email message and presentations – that fulfill the marketing and communication strategy.

Leverage and coordinate company-wide resources to help creating marketing automation processes.

Collaborate with members of the U.S. and Poznan marketing teams to support additional Franklin Templeton corporate objectives.

Show “leadership” skills and capabilities in facilitating projects, overcoming obstacles and challenges.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Market Optimization Specialist?

Manage inventory of literature, including tracking of usage and regulatory updates.
-
Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely updates to existing marketing materials and content.
-
Develop a strong working relationship with U.S. based marketing teams supported.
-
Work very closely with business partners throughout the company – Creative Services, other marketing teams, and Legal, among others.

Develop a strong understanding of managed projects to efficiently implement improvements where needed.

Support the completion of key projects on an ad hoc basis.

Proactively participate in process improvement for the team.
What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

Excellent verbal and written English
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

2-3 years of related marketing experience

Solid proofreading skills and capabilities, along with attention to detail

Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects, and organize and maintain accurate orderly files and records while prioritizing workflow
-
Strong interpersonal skills to manage efficient projects across multiple stakeholders
What technology skill sets are critical to the success of this role?

Advanced level in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Advanced level in Seismic is a plus
