Job Description
This role is available on a hybrid basis
As an integral part of the Warehouse Development Team you will use strong people management skills to create and motivate trusted high performing teams. The role is hands on and you will balance your leadership responsibilities with hands on development to ensure the team deliver to agreed timescales.
Performing recruitment, onboarding, time off authorisation, performance management, career development and appraisals
Support with developing and integrating applications that drive operations within the warehouse
Holding daily stand ups, leading on sprint planning, retrospectives, work allocation and reporting to stakeholders
Identifying knowledge gaps and defining development plans
Staying up to date with future projects coming into the team to identify recruitment needs
Support the onboarding of new recruits, ensuring access to tools, hardware and knowledge.
Supporting the creation of high-quality documentation and ensuring proposed solutions are fit for purpose
Ensuring that communication to the business is professional, clear and appropriate
Qualifications
Previous experience leading Agile teams, including experience or certification as a Scrum Master
